Pricing
You pay 15% of the orders Uncart brings back. Nothing else.
- What counts: an order placed within 3 days of a shopper tapping a link in a message from Uncart, excluding tax and shipping.
- What comes off: refunds made within 30 days of the order.
- What you never pay: a monthly fee, a setup fee, or a bill for messages and chats.
How it’s counted
Your fee, step by step
A shopper taps a link
Their basket link, or the link in a reminder from your assistant.
They order within 3 days
The order counts at its value excluding tax and shipping.
Refunds come off
An order is final 30 days after it was placed. Refunds before then come off; later ones change nothing.
15% of what’s left
Once a month’s orders are final, we invoice 15% of them, in your shop’s currency.
Example
Billing, with an example
Billing
- One invoice a month, by card, once every order in it is final.
- Invoices are in your shop’s currency.
- Months under 10 (in your currency) roll into the next invoice. After three months, or if you leave, the amount is invoiced anyway.
Checking an order
Your dashboard lists every order you’re billed for, by your own order number, with the link it came through. If one shouldn’t count, query it there and we’ll take it off.
What you don’t pay for
- Messages, chats with the assistant, and your WhatsApp number.
- Orders placed more than 3 days after a tap.
- Refunds made within 30 days of the order.
